Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions apply to the online store www.klaraspompom.com and are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2). The online store www.klaraspompom.com is managed by the company DEEO, Design, d.o.o. (hereinafter "provider"). A user is anyone using our online store (hereinafter "buyer"). The terms and conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights of users, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

Availability of Information

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

- Company identity (name and headquarters, registration number),
- Contact details enabling efficient communication (email, phone),
- Key characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
- Product availability (each item or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time; in case of unavailability, we will notify you),
- Conditions of delivery of products or execution of the service (method, place, and delivery time),
- Clearly defined prices, including whether they include taxes and delivery costs,
- Payment and delivery methods,
- Validity of the offer,
- The period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal, as well as any costs of returning items to the buyer,
- Explanation of the complaint process, including all contact information for customer service.

Product Offer

The product offer in the online store may change and update due to the nature of online business. All photos, including product images, are symbolic and do not guarantee product properties.

Payment Methods

The online store www.klaraspompom.com allows the following payment methods:

Payment with PayPal account – PayPal is one of the safest payment methods in the world. It allows you to pay with a PayPal account or with credit cards. Obtaining a PayPal account, which allows you to pay completely securely online, is very simple.
Proforma invoice (you will receive it automatically after placing an order to your email address)
You will receive an invoice for the services provided to your email address, which you will entrust to us when placing an order or together with the package.

The purchase agreement (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server. One copy of this agreement is sent to the buyer via email, after a successful order has been placed. Access to this agreement is later provided to the consumer by the provider, the consumer can order a copy of this agreement via email to klaraspompom@gmail.com.

The provider then sends the ordered copy to the consumer by mail in written form, or in electronic form to the consumer's desired e-mail address.

Offer Validity, Prices, and Discounts

Product prices are indicated in euros (EUR). Prices on the website are valid only for orders placed via the website. Prices are valid with the above-mentioned payment methods under the specified conditions. VAT is not charged based on Article 94, paragraph 1 of the ZDDV-1 (we are not VAT liable).

The provider reserves the right to daily price changes unless otherwise stated (e.g., during sales and special discounts). Prices are fixed from the moment they are confirmed in the online store and remain valid until the publication of a new price list.

Prices may change without prior notice.

If there is a price change during the order process, the provider will offer the buyer the option to cancel the purchase or provide a mutually satisfactory solution.

Occasionally, the online store www.klaraspompom.com may offer passwords or coupons that provide specific discounts:

- Discounts may be in the form of percentages, specific amounts, or free items.
- Discounts are valid only with proper use as published on our website.
- Discounts are not cumulative as they are always tied to a single order.
- The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded when the provider confirms the order and the buyer receives it electronically. From that point, all prices and other conditions are fixed and valid for both the provider and the buyer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items in the purchase. Delivery charges are itemized on the order and invoice and are paid along with the order amount.

Ordered items are shipped as soon as possible. If items are in stock, they will be shipped within 1-3 days. If delivery is not possible within this time, we will notify you by email.

 

Order Cancellation


After placing an order, the buyer will receive an order confirmation by email. The buyer may cancel the order within one (1) hour after receiving the confirmation by emailing the provider at klaraspompom@gmail.com. If the buyer does not cancel within the agreed time, the contract of sale between the buyer and the provider is concluded.

Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods under ZVPot

For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to inform the provider within 14 days from the receipt of goods that they wish to withdraw from the contract, without needing to provide a reason. The order/contract withdrawal must be sent in writing to DEEO d.o.o., Gornji Črnci 26, 9261 Cankova, or via email to klaraspompom@gmail.com.

The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. All items purchased from the provider www.klaraspompom.com can be returned by mail. Please inform us in writing at klaraspompom@gmail.com if you intend to return items.

The consumer must return the goods within 30 days of notifying of the withdrawal. The provider will refund payments as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

Returned goods must be undamaged and in unchanged quantity unless the goods are damaged, spoiled, lost, or the quantity reduced through no fault of the consumer.

Complaints

Please inspect the received products immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Later complaints of damage are only considered in exceptional cases and cannot be resolved by the provider on behalf of the delivery service. Any damage should be recorded in a report signed by the deliverer.
In case of package and content damage, inform us in writing within three days of receiving the package and send photos to klaraspompom@gmail.com.
Do not discard the damaged package or contents until the damage assessment process is complete.

Invoicing

The invoice will be sent with the item to the address provided at purchase. The invoice lists the price and all costs related to the purchase.

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the invoice data and report any errors to the provider within 8 working days. Later claims regarding invoice accuracy will not be considered.

Data Protection

The online store www.klaraspompom.com (hereinafter the provider) undertakes to protect all user data per the Personal Data Protection Act ZVOP-1 and the GDPR.

The provider guarantees to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online store users. Collected personal data will only be used to provide services. The provider respects the confidentiality of personal data and ensures all necessary measures to protect it from breaches or misuse.
